Immersion Program has been rescheduled for Fall

Align, Ally and Unite and Immerse Yourself in Yoga
Attend a Four-Part Immersion Series Open to All Yogis

WHO?

Allied Yoga’s four-part immersion series was created for yogis who wish to deepen their understanding of the art, science and philosophy of yoga and build a firm foundation in the teaching of B.K.S. Iyengar.

WHAT?

Whether you are a yoga teacher, on the path to teaching or interested in enhancing your understanding of the principles as a serious student, this series offers something for everyone!

WHY?

Attend to gain a structured process to build your knowledge and take your love of yoga to the next level. You will also make new friends and meet like-minded people who will support you through the transformational changes you desire!

The study of Iyengar yoga supports physical, energetic and emotional well-being. During this course work, certified Iyengar instructors will bring those principles and practices to their teaching. Instructors will help students cultivate an understanding and find JOY in asana (postures) and pranayama (breath practice); yoga philosophy, history and ethics; anatomy and physiology; and the complementary science and medicine of Ayurveda.
